Where are the Macy's Fireworks taking place this year (2025)?
The 49th edition of the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks will be launched from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and four barges positioned on the lower East River in the Seaport District.
What time do the fireworks begin?
The fireworks are usually scheduled to kick off at 9:20 PM.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:00 PM. We recommend you aim to arrive early!
What type of food will there be?
We're doing a good ol' cookout! Enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, selection of cold salads, ice cream, cookies, popcorn.
Can I bring my own chair?
No outside chairs can be brought into the event.
Is there seating for general admission?
No there is not. General admission is standing room only. Seated Admission tickets have access to the seated section.
What items are prohibited?
Strollers, chairs, sheets, blankets, oversized bags, outside food/beverages, weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray, and multi-tool knives are not allowed.
